As a family, we have been serving Parents and Grand Parents and Families and their Friends for the last twenty five years and we can justifiably say that the quality of our customer care and satisfaction is second to none.
Brandmania do not make promises – they perform. Feel free to browse through our site. If you require any help contact our Customer Care team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. A response is guaranteed within two working days if not sooner.
Easy – Click on any item you are looking to buy e.g. Barbie Sunglasses for girls or Hot Wheels Caps for boys and you can START SHOPPING on the next screen following the easy prompts and instructions.
If for any reason you are not happy with any item supplied by us, please return it to us unworn/unused and with original packaging with all the labels still attached within seven days starting the day after delivery for a full no-quibble refund via the same channel that you used for payment of the order.
The only exceptions are items of underwear and swimwear for hygiene reasons.
Please do quote your original order number and let us know why you are returning the article(s) so that we can make the necessary improvements in our quality or quality of service. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting from the post office or courier company, when returning the item(s) and preferably using a service that requires us to sign a receipt on delivery, so you know that we have definitely received the item(s) back. You will have to pay postage or carriage charge for returning the item to us.

Postage & Packing
Packing is FREE and Carriage/Postage is FREE for all orders over Rs 500/- to addresses with Mumbai post codes and Thane – regardless of the number of items ordered.
For orders under Rs 500/- we charge a modest Rs 50 for carriage/postage.
For most of the other towns and cities in India, the carriage charge is Rs 50/- regardless of the order value or the number of items ordered. For some remote areas, the order will be referred to email@example.com for calculation of carriage. We will then load the order with the carriage charge back on the system and send you an email inviting you to review your order st www.brandmania.com After you have reviewed your order including carriage charges, you have the option to pay for the goods ordered or you may cancel the order. Packing is absolutely FREE in all cases.
For Overseas Orders: All orders from outside of India will automatically be referred to firstname.lastname@example.org for review and calculation of courier charges. We will then load the order with courier charges back on the system and send you an email inviting you to review your order at www.brandmania.in
After you have reviewed your order including courier charges, you have the option to pay for goods ordered or you may cancel the order. Packing is absolutely FREE in all cases. Please note that the prices do not include any local duties or taxes of the destination country.

All credit and debit card payments are processed securely by the leading online processing gateway ccavenue.com.
Cheques and Postal Orders
If you are not happy paying by credit card or debit card, you can pay by cheque or postal order by choosing the appropriate option in checkout. Make your cheque or postal order payable to “Magicwell (India) Pvt Ltd”, write the order reference number on the back and post it to: Brandmania, C/o Magicwell (India) Pvt Ltd, 22/A, Laxmi Industrial Estate, S.N.Path Marg,Near Peninsula Corporate Park Lower Parel (West), Mumbai 400 013. Please allow five working days for the cheque to clear. Cheque payment facility is not available for orders from outside of India.
Overseas customers are welcome to pay by credit or debit card or by bank transfer. These options are available at checkout.
Before concluding your purchase you can review your order and make changes to it if you wish. When you are satisfied that it is all correct, click the ‘Checkout’ button. Here you will find all the order details, postage (if applicable) and the total price. You will then be asked to provide your contact details and to choose your payment method. You can pay by credit/debit card, by cheque (India only) or by bank transfer.
Soon after the charging transaction has been successfully completed, you will receive an email from us acknowledging your order with your unique order number.
Temporarily out of stock
We hold ample stocks of all the lines, but if we have run out of a popular line, we will email to you a forecast despatch date. You will then have the option of substituting the unavailable items(s) with similar alternatives, waiting for your original choice or cancelling those item(s) for an immediate refund via the same channel that you used for payment of the order.
Colours and Colour Swatches
Colour representation on computer monitors vary and therefore the colour or swatch on the screen may appear to be slightly different to the standard, but please be assured that we only stock standard recognised colours.
